Join a Training Class

 

Click Join a Training Class.  This will launch Webex's Meet Me Now page.  Click on Attend Meeting.  The first time you might have to install some additional software, allow your computer to do this otherwise you won't be able to attend.  This will not work with Internet Explorer 8.  We suggest you use Internet Explorer 7 or 6.

Call Charlie and get the meeting number.  Insert the meeting number in the appropriate box.  Then insert your first name.  The system generates a new number for each training session.

Once the programs load you will be looking at the desktop of the classroom computer.  Dial into the audio processor.  Be sure to click your telephone’s mute button so unnecessary noises in your background are not transmitted in the classroom.  When you can to ask a question, simply un-mute your phone and ask the question.  The entire class and any members viewing from their home will be able to hear the question as well.
